Step 1: Gather Your Ingredients
- Collect 16 oz of Velveeta cheese, 1 can of diced tomatoes with green chilies, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and 1/2 cup of milk. Don’t forget your favorite tortilla chips for dipping!
Step 2: Cube the Velveeta
- Cut the Velveeta cheese into small cubes. This helps it melt evenly and quickly, making your queso smooth and creamy.
