Instructions
Step 1: Gather Your Ingredients
Collect all your ingredients: flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, milk, eggs, and butter. Don't forget the vanilla extract for that extra sweetness!
Step 2: Mix the Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Make sure everything is well combined for a fluffy pancake!
Step 3: Combine the Wet Ingredients
In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Step 4: Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined. A few lumps are okay—don’t overmix!
Step 5: Heat the Pan
Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. You can add a little butter to grease the pan for that golden finish!
Step 6: Pour the Batter
Using a ladle, pour the batter onto the skillet. For cobweb effect, start from the center and spiral outwards!
Step 7: Cook Until Bubbly
Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes. Flip carefully and cook for another 2 minutes until golden brown.
Step 8: Serve and Enjoy!
Stack your pancakes high and drizzle with syrup, honey, or your favorite toppings. Enjoy your sweet crunchy cobweb pancakes!
