Instructions

Step 1: Gather Your Ingredients

  • Collect 2 pounds of ground beef, 1 cup of breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of ketchup, 1/4 cup of chopped onion, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.

Step 2: Preheat Your Smoker

  • Set your smoker to 225°F (107°C) and let it warm up while you prepare the meatloaf.

Step 3: Mix the Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, onion, garlic, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined—don’t overwork it!
