Ingredients
  

1 lb ground sausage (mild or spicy)

1 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)

1 tbsp baking powder

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 egg

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

¼ tsp black pepper

½ tsp salt

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

    In a large bowl, combine the ground sausage, flour, baking powder, shredded cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.

      Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined, using your hands or a spoon.

        Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

          Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

            Cool slightly before serving and enjoy!

              • You can use ground turkey or chicken sausage for a leaner version.
