4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or chicken breasts)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lime juice (fresh)
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Method
