Preparation
- Start by rinsing the pheasant breasts under cold water. Pat them dry with paper towels. Trim any excess fat or sinew for a clean presentation.
Marination
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the pheasant breasts and coat them well. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes to soak up those flavors!
Cooking
- While the pheasant is marinating, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). This will ensure a perfectly cooked meal.
