Prepare the Ground Beef
- Take 1 pound of ground beef and place it in a skillet over medium heat. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
Chop Your Veggies
- Dice 1 onion and chop 2 cloves of garlic. Feel free to add bell peppers or any other veggies you love!
Combine Ingredients in the Crock Pot
- In your crock pot, add the browned ground beef, chopped veggies, and 1 can of diced tomatoes. Stir in 1 cup of beef broth and your favorite seasonings.
Set the Cooking Time
- Cover the crock pot and set it to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Let the magic happen while you go about your day!
