Method
 

  1. Collect ground beef (80/20 for juiciness), salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and your favorite burger toppings.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Form into thick patties, about 1 inch thick.
  3. Fire up your grill to medium-high heat. Let it get nice and hot for that perfect sear!
  4. Place the patties on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
  5. If you love cheese, add a slice on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking. Close the lid to melt it perfectly!
  6. While the burgers are finishing, place your burger buns on the grill for about 1 minute until golden and toasty.
  7. Place the grilled patties on the toasted buns. Add your favorite toppings like lettuce, tomato, pickles, and condiments.
