Preparation
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: Gather your ingredients: crescent roll dough, eggs, shredded cheese, diced bell peppers, and cooked turkey sausage.
  3. Step 3: In a bowl, whisk together eggs, add in the diced bell peppers, and mix in the cooked turkey sausage. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Step 4: Open the crescent roll dough and carefully unroll it on a clean surface. Separate the triangles and lay them out flat.
  5. Step 5: Place a spoonful of the egg mixture at the wide end of each triangle. Sprinkle some shredded cheese on top.
  6. Step 6: Starting from the wide end, roll each triangle up towards the point. Tuck the ends in slightly.
  7. Step 7: Place the rolled crescent rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
