Collect all the ingredients: steak, fettuccine, heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and parsley.
Boil a pot of salted water and cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Generously coat the steak with Cajun seasoning on both sides. Let it sit for a few minutes to absorb the flavors.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add a splash of oil and sear the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for about 5 minutes. This keeps it juicy!
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese and a pinch of Cajun seasoning. Mix until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce. Toss until the pasta is well coated and creamy.
Slice the rested steak against the grain into thin strips. This makes it tender and easy to eat!
Plate the creamy Cajun steak Alfredo, top with sliced steak, and garnish with parsley. Dig in and savor every bite!
