Ingredients
  

Pasta

  • 8 oz Fettuccine Pasta A classic choice for creamy sauces.

Steak

  • 1 lb Steak (ribeye or sirloin) Choose a tender cut for best flavor.

Seasoning

  • 2 tbsp Cajun Seasoning Adjust to your heat preference.

Sauce

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Creates the rich, creamy base.
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated for optimal melting.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced for flavor enhancement.
  • 2 tbsp Butter Adds richness to the sauce.
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Used for cooking the steak.
  • 2 tbsp Parsley Freshly chopped for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Collect all the ingredients: steak, fettuccine, heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and parsley.
  • Boil a pot of salted water and cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Generously coat the steak with Cajun seasoning on both sides. Let it sit for a few minutes to absorb the flavors.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add a splash of oil and sear the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  • Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for about 5 minutes. This keeps it juicy!
  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in the Parmesan cheese and a pinch of Cajun seasoning. Mix until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
  • Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce. Toss until the pasta is well coated and creamy.
  • Slice the rested steak against the grain into thin strips. This makes it tender and easy to eat!
  • Plate the creamy Cajun steak Alfredo, top with sliced steak, and garnish with parsley. Dig in and savor every bite!
