Step 1: Gather Your Ingredients
- Collect 2 chicken breasts, 8 oz of pasta, 2 cups of spinach, 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, 2 cloves of garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Step 2: Cook the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 3: Sauté the Chicken
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
