Step 1: Gather Your Ingredients
- Collect all your ingredients: 1 cup of flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 cup of milk, 1 large egg, and 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Don’t forget your toppings: banana slices, chocolate chips, and whipped cream!
Step 2: Mix the Dry Ingredients
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Make sure everything is well combined for fluffy pancakes!
Step 3: Combine the Wet Ingredients
- In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, and melted butter. Stir gently until everything is blended. It’s okay if there are a few lumps!
Step 4: Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined. Remember, a few lumps are perfectly fine!

- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. You can add a little butter or oil to prevent sticking.

- Using a ladle, pour the batter onto the skillet to form bunny shapes. Use smaller circles for the head and larger ones for the body!
Step 7: Cook the Pancakes
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown. Each side should take about 2-3 minutes.
Step 8: Create Bunny Faces
- Once cooked, use banana slices for ears, chocolate chips for eyes, and a small dollop of whipped cream for the nose. Get creative!
